Recourse to the Administrative Courts

The judicial stage of the tax dispute

When the dispute is not resolved before the Administration, the case is brought before the Administrative Courts. Our firm undertakes, with the greatest possible expertise and seriousness, judicial representation at all levels, from the Ordinary Administrative Courts to the Council of State.
