We are Dionysis Kladis and Angelos Ioannis Kladis, father and son. The first of us has been practising tax law for thirty-six years, while the second, also a lawyer, has completed postgraduate studies in Tax Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is an accredited mediator. Through different paths but with the same common point of reference, tax law, we provide substantive and effective legal support at both a consultative and a litigation level.
The website sets out the main areas of practice of our firm, from tax audits and administrative appeals to administrative litigation, tax criminal law, the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism and matters of tax residence.
In addition, through the Articles section, we will be publishing articles and informative notes on tax issues and related matters, such as the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism under Law 4738/2020, together with updates on significant legislative changes and court decisions of practical interest.
