Mediation is a means of out-of-court resolution of private disputes over rights the parties are free to dispose of, with the assistance of a neutral third party — the mediator (Law 4640/2019). Angelos Ioannis Kladis is an accredited mediator of the Greek Ministry of Justice and conducts mandatory initial mediation sessions (MIMS) and voluntary mediations.
