Dionysios I. Kladis

In active courtroom practice since 1990, specialising from the earliest years of his career in tax and customs law, covering both their administrative and their criminal aspects.

He studied at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), graduating with the highest distinction.

In 1997 he published the book “The Law of International Trade” (Ant. N. Sakkoulas Publishers).

He handles cases at every stage of a tax dispute, while also providing specialised advisory services at a preventive level, before a tax audit begins, aimed at risk assessment, tax compliance and the proper preparation of the taxpayer.

At the administrative stage, he manages cases from the issuance of the audit order and the conduct of the tax audit through to the administrative appeal before the Dispute Resolution Directorate (DRD).

At the judicial stage, he represents clients before the ordinary administrative courts and before the Council of State (StE) in cassation proceedings.

In parallel, he handles tax and customs criminal cases at every stage of the criminal process — from pre-trial proceedings and first-instance hearings to the appeal stage and cassation before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos).
