Angelos Ioannis D. Kladis

The second generation of the firm, specialising from the earliest years of practice in tax and customs law — in both their administrative and their criminal aspects — as well as in debt restructuring cases under the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism.

A graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, followed by postgraduate studies in Tax Law at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

An accredited mediator, registered in the Mediators' Registry of the Greek Ministry of Justice (reg. no. 3697). He conducts mandatory initial mediation sessions and voluntary mediations under Law 4640/2019.

He handles the firm's cases across the full spectrum of tax disputes, while also providing specialised advisory services at a preventive level — before a tax audit begins — aimed at assessing and managing tax risks and properly preparing the taxpayer. He takes on cases from the audit and administrative stage through to litigation before the competent administrative courts, as well as criminal tax matters.

In parallel, he specialises in cases under the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism (Law 4738/2020), with particular emphasis on the settlement of debts owed to the State.

Cases are handled in Greek and in English — of particular relevance to tax residency matters and the transfer of tax residence to Greece.
